Terms & Conditions

The boring (but important) stuff..

• NSBL reserves the right to remove any member / spectator from any session, who is found to be bullying, showing aggressive behaviour, poor sportsmanship or displaying disruptive behaviour during the sessions (after warnings).
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change, by emailing basketball@nsbl.com.au
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Members who have paid for their session will be given priority.
• If any member or spectator is unwell, they are not to attend the session until symptom free. This will be enforced.
• Make-up sessions: up to 3x make-up sessions will be allowed per member, per term. Any additional sessions missed will be forfeited. This is to be fair to those attending their booked sessions.
• STRICTLY NO PARKING ON SCHOOL GROUNDS
• SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON SCHOOL GROUNDS
